February 1850. The Town Council of 1855 issued three bouds to Win. M. Kerr, amounting in j the aggregate to $400 27, balance due him on a contract given to the said Win. M. Kerr by the Town Council of 1854, for work done on Liberty- ! street; the said bonds payable on the first day of January 1858, with interest from the 16th of June 1855. The whole indebtedness of Town Council is Sixteen hundred and fifteen dollars and three cents ($1015 03) besides interest as aforesaid.
