He is a faithful officer, a ad de serves such commendation. Inquiries come tons from all quarters, seeking information in regard to Solicitor Ruttz's attitude towards Moses, ami wheth er a new bill will he given out against him at tin January term of the Sessions Court. We answer, that Solicitor Buttz knows that Moses lias violated the law?by which the people of this County lost $0,000, and which they will have to make good?and he will porsuo him as far as hu can.
