I Notice is hereby given io the voters of Orangeburg County, that in compiace with tbeabove Proclamation and in pursuance of an act of the General Assembly approvod March 1, 1870, entitled "An net, providing for the ioneral election and the manner of conduci ng the some, amended by an act approved March 12, 1872, an election will be held in the County sf Orangeburg at the usual Polling precincts mentioned below, on the ?th day of November, for sefen Presidential Electors. Within three dnfs thereafter tho Chair man or one of the managers to be designa ted in writing by the Board, shall deliver to the Commissioners of Election the poll-list, the boxes containing the ballots, and written statement of the result of the Flection in his precinct. The Polls shall be opened at ? o'clock in tho forenoon and closed at 0 o'clock in the afternoon, on the said day of Election, and shall be kept open during these hours without intermission or adjourn ment, and the Managers shall administer to each person offering to vole, an oath that they are qualified to vote at this Election according to the Constitution of this Stale, and that they have not voted during this Election.
