Is the losing of the partucr ofuno'a bosom, the companion of one's life, aad tko sharer of all the trials and troubles W that, too unfrequcntly, make uneasy the heart ef a faithful husband. The grim monster, death, will invado, without any pangs of remorse, the .abode of the lowest und the highest, whenever It suits .. the dark winged Azrael to command hint. There are none too high or too low for him to touch and blot front existence forever. Tho fairest flower that over opened its gaze to the morning sun, and impregnated the air with the sweetness of its perfume, has of ton been snatched I from its native stem before ripened and * full in blootn. Untimely as this Vnight bo, and as much as the parent h stem might lament the I as of its own , peculiar flower, yet there id a aonsola tion in the fact, that, even though taken hp by an unkind hand, its fato oan but bo to dissolve into its original elements of dust, to ristt again) or help to give life, in somo future day, to a tree more boau'i ful than that npon which it first gr w.
