\ Can't Takk Pahskmjkrs.?Some time ago the Railroad Commission received a petition from a large number of traveling men asking I hat it intercedes with the Richmond & Danville Railroad authorities to allow them the use of ibe freight tra lis of the Spartanburg, Union end Columbia Road, as the passenger service of that road is meagre. The olerk of the Railroad Commission hns received the following le ter from Superintendent McUre: "Mr. M. T. Dnrtlctt, Secretary, Columbia, 8. 0.
