No doubt within twenty-five years the great iaventivo genius of Amorica will have contrived means by which an individual in any town or city of oar country will be able to take in his band a pencil or pen, the point of which is in another town, no matter ^ how distant, and with pen or pencil, write I ? or delineate in suoh distant place, such characters or designs as might please him, with as much promptitude and precision as jf the poper to which the characters were oomraiited, lay upon the table before him.
