D. ?882, entitled "an Act to renew and amend an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Union, GafFney City an<l Ruth-* erford Railroad Company, approved March 18th 1878, asking that the question of subscription < or no subscription of tho sum of twenty-five thousand dollars to tho oapital stock of said Company, payable in Bonds of said Township, as provided by said Act, be submitted to the qualified electors of said Township.
