TAX for the special-Tax Year beginning May 1, 1877, before commencing or continuing business after April 80, 1877. A rcfuru, as prescribed on Form 11, is also required by law of every person liable to Special Tax, as above. Special-Tax Stamps will be transmitted by mail only on receipt froui tlie person or firm ordering the samo of specific directions so to do, together with the necessary postage stamps or the amount required to pay the postage.
