Peddlers of tobacco, first class (more

CARPENTER, Collector of lnternul Revenue, at
Columbia, and pay for aud procure the Special-Tax
Staiuns tbcv need, nriorto Mavl. 1877.

Special-Tax Stamps will be transmitted by
mail only on receipt froui tlie person or firm ordering
the samo of specific directions so to do,
together with the necessary postage stamps or
the amount required to pay the postage. The
poslnge on one stamp is three cents and on two
stamps six cents. If it is desired that they be
transmitted by registered mail, ten cents additional
should accompany the application.
