Mooro near Mountain Best. I have never spout a happier day than this ono among the genial mountain folk. A ii II nd rid or more friends and relatives were present. Good fellow ship, which is the mountain's very own, and band-shakes prevailed. A number of interesting talks were made by different ones concerning tho lives of Mr. and Mrs. Moore, and there was much good singing, which was greatly enjoyed, throughout the day. An abundance ot" good things to eat, such as only tho mountains can supply, was on hand. Mr, Mooro, who is 7S years oli, and Mrs. Moore, who is 7 4, have spent fifty-eight years, their entire married life, where they aro now liv ing. They havo roared seven noble sons and daughters. They have 20 grandchildren and sixteen great grand children. Misses Amanda and Francis, two maiden daughters, are si ill nt home. Mr. Moore has boen a minister of the Gospel for fifty years, and has baptized five generations of his own family.
