The Ricard Supply Co., of Lexington, has just received its charter from the secreiary of state. Sam P. Roof is president; H. D. Lybrand, vicepresident and treasurer; N. P. Shipp, secretary, and J. J. Ricard, superintendent-. The firm will build and handle engines, boilers, automobiles, hardware aud a general line of supplies and accessories. It will have one of the most up-to-date repair shops in the | Stare. Work will commence on the new building at once, which is to be erected on the lot adjacent to the Lexington Ginnery. The building is to be of large dimensions, the material of which will be corrugated iron, and will have ample warehouse room, in addition to a lirstclass repair shop. The promoters hope to be abie to begin opera ions by July 1. With such men as those mentioned in the foregoing at its head, the Ricird Supply Co., cannot out succeed, ind will fill a longfelt want in this sect-ion of the State. ' Odd Fellows to Jdeet.
