The census begins on Friday, April in .1 nrl must, he oomoleted in two week in cities and in thirty days in all other areas. The enumerators will wear a badge inscribed "United States Census, 1910." The law requires every adult person to furnish the prescribed information, but also provides that it shall be treated confidentially, so that no injury can come to any person from answering: the questions. The President has issued a proclamation, calling: on all citizens to cooperate with the Census and assuring: them that it has nothing to do with taxation, army or jury service, compulsory sehooi attendance, regulation of immigration, or enforcement of any law, and that no one can be injured by answering the inquiries. 'it is of the utm st importance that the census of population and agriculture in this state be complete and correct. Therefore every person should promptly, accurately, and completely answer the census questions asked by the enumerators. Com Growers Organized. A County Corn Growers' Association was organized here last Saturday by the election of Dr. E. C. Iiidgell, president; E. L. Wingard, vice-president, and J. A. Barre, secretary. There were about thirty farmers in attendance, twenty of whom had their names enrolled. Ringing speeches were made by Col. J. Brocks Wingard, H. H. Drehei. Prof. S. S. Lindler, Dr. Ridgell I and G. A.
