It was oidered that an election be held in the Town Hall on November JSth, next. 011 the question of issuing Fifteen Thousand Dollars (oI5,00o.00i in coupon bonds to run for not more than iO rears, and not less than 20 years, and to diaw interest at (5 per cent, payable annually, at Lexington, S. C., the proceeds of such bonds to be used in the erection of a Watre Works Plant, for fire protection in accordance with the stipulations in the petitions. It is further ordered that at such election the ballot shall contain: "For issuing: fifteen thousand dollars six per cent, coupon bonds for waterworks, for protection against fire, according to the specifications set out in the petitions therefor, Yes." "For issuing fifteen thousand dollars six per cent, coupon bends lor waterworks, for protection against fire, according to the specifications set out in the petitions therefor, Xo." It is also ordered that \V. H. P?ickley, Harry Roberts and B. H.
