Rawl was tried upon the charge ot removing property that had been attached. The verdict was not guilty. The next case was that of T. E. ? Campbell, the well-known contractor, who indicted upon the charge or faiiing to pay laborers and for material used in the construction of the Old Soldiers' home. Col.
