Knowlton and Black, of Columbia, were visitors to the meeting and aided in the discussions of these subjects very materially and joined in the dinner subsequently on the lower floor of the Masonic building prepared and served by Mr. Eli L. Corley, in his best style, and to the satisfaction of all including this editor who was not foreotten. The officers for another year are Dr. W. L. Kneece, President; Dr. R. E.
