Mr. Lowe ha9 charge of the Brookland Bureau of tne Columbia Record and is a fine gentleman. There will be an educational rally at Chapin next Saturday, the 30th. Wessinger to attend the commencement exercises of the University of South Carolina, June 7th to 10th. A. D.
