Immediately after the ceremony, the congratulations of relatives and friends presents were received by the bride and groom. Then dinner was commenced, and all who were present were invited to partake of the wedding dinner, which was a sumptuous repast, consisting of many good things to eat too numerous to mention. All having satisfied the inner man with the delicious dinner the guests retired to the parlor to engage in social conversation the remainder of the evening. - The gifts were many and beautiful consisting of silverware and other useful articles and attested the high esteem in which the couple was held The bride was lovely, attired in a ? becoming costume of cream colored crepe de line trimmed in satin scd laces, while the groom was handsome in a suit of conventional black.
