Wiater Baserts. The Southern Railway has put in service, between points in the North to Florida winter resorts, the beet tourist trains that have ever been operated in the south. The first of these trains to be established is the Chicago and Florida special, and the first trip southward will be made January 5th, and the second is the Florida Limited from Cincinnati to St. Augustine.
