Wiater Baserts. The Southern Railway has put in service, between points in the North to Florida winter resorts, the beet tourist trains that have ever been operated in the south. The first of these trains to be established is the Chicago and Florida special, and the first trip southward will be made January 5th, and the second is the Florida Limited from Cincinnati to St. Augustine. AU new applicaats for pension will meet the Pension Commissioner ir the Auditor's office at Lexington, C H., on any Saturday in January, 1903, to receive blanks, and must be attended to during the month of January. The Commissioner will give further instructions. The representative of each township will report to the County Board all deathB of those who drew a pension on the last roll and have since died or moved out of the county or have remarried.
