C, and Mrs. Lucy Crews of Spartanburg, visited their mother, Mrs. Eva Boozer, at the home of C. M. Efird, last week. The old bridge over factory pond is very much in need of repairs. In fact, it is in a dangerous condition and persons driving or riding are cautioned to be careful, it snouia be repaired at once. Mr. Hay will hold Episcopal services in the chapel, in this place, next Sunday morning at 11 o'clock and in the evening at 8 o'clock. A cordial invitation is extended to the public to attend these services. This is the time of year when the farmer sells his cotton and other produce and he therefore has money, consequently we expect each subscriber, who i9 in arrears to call promptly and settle.
