Hoyt Shoo o1 company, of Manchester, who *1' shot and killed Thomas .J. Wilson in this city on Decceuiber Oth, ^ surrendered himself in Peters ^ burg, today. The killing occurred in Wilson's home. Wilson discovered Bishop with his daughter and another young woman in the parlor drinking wine, i He ordered Bishop to leave. Bishop refused, whereupon Wilson tried to eject him.
