Washington, July 15.?The following is the weather bureau's weekly summary of crop conditions: Verv favorable tomperstnros prevailed during ttic week ending .July 14, in nil districts east of the Rocky mountains except the central and oacs gulf States. The luttc have suffered somewhat from excessive heat, but have received much needed rains, relieving to a great extent the sevcro drought. The corn crop, as a whole, in the principal States has made very favorable progress. In the southern Statos lute corn has improved somewhat, but the early corn crop is very poor. Winter wheat harvest is about completed, except in the northern portion of the winter wheat belt. Spring wheat is new heading in the northern portion of the spring wheat region and the general outlook centinues promising. Oats continue in promising condition. A general improvement in the condition of cotton is indicated, ulthough in the central and eastern districts the plant is small, and blooming to the top is extensively reported. In texus, except in the region of drought which comprises less than 10 nor . ? I? cent, of the cotton arm the crop has made rapid growth and in many sections the crop prospects are flattering.
