The sugar beet industry, from reports received by the Agriculture Department indicates that it has proven one of the most profitable crops that has ever been raised on the market by tb/> American farmer. The factory at Rome, New York, which bas rec3ntly been started demonstrates beyond doubt that the sugar beet produces as fine qualities of sugar as any now marketed. The price paid for the beets, and the bouuty paid by the State of New York on every ton, nets avery satisfactory return to tbe raiser. The interest man ifested by the people of New York is so great that n new plant is to open up at Auburn. Sugar beets are indigenous to any soil, and ere long people throughout the country will recoguize tho merit and .profit in this industry, and establish factories throughout the entire United States.-Spartanburg Her ald. The bladder was created for one pur pose, namely, a receptacle for the urine, andas such it is not liable to any form of disease except by one of two ways. The first way is from im perfect action of the kidneys. The second way is from careless local treat ment of other diseases. CHIEF CAUSE. Unhealthy urine from unhealthy kidneys is the chief cause of bladder troubles. So the womo, like the blad der, was created for one purpose, and if not doctored too much is not liable to weakuess or disease, except in rare cases. It is situated back of and very close to the bladder, therefore any pain, disease or inconvenience mani fested in the kidneys, back, bladder or usinary passage is often, by mistake attributed to female weakness or womb trouble of some sort. The error is easily made and may bo as easily avoided. To find out correctly, set your urine aside for 2t hour; a sediment or settling indicates kidney or bladder trouble. Tho mild and tn?? extraordinary effect of Dr. Kilmer's Swamp Root, the great kidney and bladder remedy, is soon real ized. If you need a medicine you should have the oest. At druggists, price fifty cents and one dollar. You may have a sample bottle and pamphlet both sent free by mail Men tion the ADVERTISER and^send your address to Dr. Kilmer ??L Co., Bing hamton, N.
