CORRESrONDENCE OF THE ADVERTISER. HAMBURG, January 14. Mr. Editor:7--The accounts from Liverpool, which have caused a decline in the markets of the North, have affected the Charleston and our mar ket. I now quote prime cotton 134, market rath cr languid, the receipts since the holidays have been very light, probably owing in part to the bad state of the roads. Business of all kinds is rather dull, the stock of goods are ample, large additions having been made by River and Rail Road einee Christmas. . There were two eases of Small Pox about ten or twelve -days ago, both negroes, who were im mediately removed to the Pest House. No case exists in town of this disease, except those men tioned above. 0. P. Q. CHARLESTON, Jan. 13. We have nothing new to notice in the cotton .market to-day.
