Tho broker turned It to his own use during the war and now claims that the confiscation act justified him in doing so. The court gave heavy damage for the plaintiff. Judge Giles, of the Baltimore District Court, decided the case of Bradley Bounton, n negro, who applied for injunction against a railway company for rofusing him transit. The Judge said it presented no case for equitable action. The case was dismissed.
