He it enacted by the pi general assembly of the state of fi> (South Carolina. For the purpose of this act ct the following classification shall be as recognized: bi (a) Domestic Game Birds Black | birds, pheasants, doves, partridges hi (quail), and wild turkeys. cc (hi Destructive Birds?Eagles, tli buzzards, crows. Cooper's hawk. Duck to hawk. English sparrow, great horned sli owl, jay birds, loggerheads and sharp 01 skinned hawk. (c) Game Animals?Bear, deer, ti* l'ox. mink, rats, oppossum. otter, rab? P? bits, raccoons, skunk and squirrels. th (d) Game Fish Jack fish, or pick- uj erel. pike, black bass or pond trout, sh striped bass or rock fish, warmouth, th red belly, bream, copper face or balljtv faced bream, yellow belly perch, sun-,0' perch, red-fin trout.
