Strait and Herbert McMullen offense, assault, transferred ti ^ magistrate for trial. The case of Berry Mobley charged with murder, was no prossed, tlie defendant beinj dead. Bill Milly, alias Bill Massev offense, house breaking and lar ceuy, for whom bench warran was issued, continued to nexl court. Irvin Hill, offense,, obiainiuj goods under false pretense, no prossed ; as was also case of M I). Love, charged with violatinj dispensary law, defendant bein| dead. Pars Funderburk, charged witl murder?killing of Charlie Ply ler, son of Capt. C. A. Plyler resulted in a verdirt. nf nnl emit ty. The defense was that th< shooting was accidental. Mr Foster represented the defend ant. The sealed sentence in tin case of R. L. Long, charged witl obtaining signatures under falm pretense, brought over from las . court, was opened and read, be ing a fine of $400 and 2 years 01 public works. Charles Clyburn, Joe Cox, K1 lis Wright, Sam Wright, Alonz( Wright, Ileryey Wright, Saml Vaughn and Fred Wright, charg od witn not, resulted in a ver diet of guilty. Mobile, Ala., March 11.Dave Poe, Tom Ranstou and tv ' Jenkins brothers, all colore were lynched at Van Cleav ' Miss., 20 miles north of Bilos Miss., by a raob of 30 men la night.
