The Association, in a quiet way, of course, is doing a fine work in Lancaster. Aside from itsadvantages of social intercourse, it is not only cultivating a taste for good, wholesome literature, but it is placing that class of reading within the reach of many who would not otherwise be able to enjoy the same. The Association now has hand somely furnished rooms above the Heath Jones Co's store and its bookcases contain several hundred valuable volumes. Organize.
