The Profit Sharino Rptirpmont Plan established in 1966 and has provided a source of retirement income and security for many eligible employees. stance Improves course/courses must be granted by the Educational Assistance Committee. The company will reimburse the employee for 75% of the total cost of the approved course, including tuition, registration fees, books and lab fees.
