Vance. In addition, Vance said that George Thaddeus "Thad" Williams will succeed Sigman as Controller. Williams is currently associated with the Columbia law firm of Robinson, McFadden, Moore & Pope. In his new capacity, Sigman will be responsible for advising and assisting President Vance in the long-range ^ planning and development of the continuing internal growth and external expansion of the 76 year old local textile firm by analyzing financial opera tions and expansion opportunities and directing forward planning activities for acquisitions and mergers. Sigman holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Public Accountant. Degree in Business Administration in 1961 from the Uni versity of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Law Degree in 1965. In 1967 he was awarded his Master of Law in Taxation from New York University. He is currently serving as President of the Clinton YMCA. George received his B. S. Degree in Textile Management from Clemson in 1965.
