Ten Management Pers Ten management personnel attended a one-day training seminar especially designed for line supervision at Piedmont Tech recently. The seminar, entitled "Motivation and Leadership," was conducted by Dr. Thomas H. Lawrence, President of a Missouri consulting firm. Subjects covered by Dr. Lawrance included the Demands on the Manaeer How to Mntivntn PonniA The Problem of Temperament, How to Predict Human Behavior, 1' and others. Throughout his daylong discussions, Dr. Lawrence emphasized that "the difference between success and failure is only a matter of a 'hair's breadth'?or tremendous trifles."
