Smith. \vh<> are all in their seventies and thev really had a happv reunion. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Alexander visited Mrs. Alexander's father. Mr. John Medloek. and brother. Frank Medloek. in Liberty on Sunday recently. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Alexander attended the funeral ot Mr. Alexander's uncle. Mr. William Garrison, on November 24 in Greenville. Mrs. Mary Lee Hughes and Mrs. Christine Brewer were recent shoppers in Greenville. Mrs. W K. Stewart spent a !c\k- d:?v< ti?>r :md brother. Mrs. Susie Hawks and Krnest Vaughn. Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey Turner celebrated their 16th weddinu anniversary December 22. Mr. Burton Phillips has a birthday the 28th of December. Sorrv Homer l.awson had the misfortune of losing his dog while hunting and hope he has found him by now. Well. 1 hope everyone has a Merry, Merry. Christmas and Happy New Year. Miss Tern Iluntsinger visited her father in Norfolk. \ n ^mia recently. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Joe Simmons announce the birth of a baby girl. She has been named Rebecca Ann. We welcome Morris Thibodeau to Weaving -2 ? 2nd Shift. We are glad to have Fred Fldridge back after a few te^^* /j lays stay in the hospital. Henry Fallaw has been a patient in the hospital in Aiken. Thanksgiving day doesn't get out of sight till Christmas has turned the corner. Hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday as much as your reporter (Grace) did. Cecil and 1 accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Karl Braswcll and Mr. and Mrs. J E. Braswell. Jr. to Alamo. Georgia to visit Mr. and Mrs. Hoy Bras well who is a cousin of Earl's md ?J. E.'s. Wo really enjoyed the visit though Cecil and 1 had never seen the folks. They're the kind of people who treat you as though they'd known you all their life. All but one ot their married children and the grandchildren were there and we really had a Georgia Thanksgiving dinner. I want to go back. (but not there and back in one day attain.) We want to take this opportunity to say "Thanks" to the management for our Christmas holidays and also the Christmas bonus, which adds much to our holidays. We also want to extend the heartiest of wishes for a happy holiday season for each THE CLOTHMAKER and every one. In the rush of the season let's not forget the One who's birthday we are celebrating. Let's give to Him the love and service that is due. Don't leave Christ out of your Christmas this year. Furman Adams received his discharge from the Air Force December 4. We send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to Mrs. J. H. MeNinch. Mrs. McNinch is a surgical patient at the Laurens Hospital, and also to C. F. Leopard who was a surgical patient at Hays Hospital. Cadet Ned Handback of the (ieor^ia Militarv School, ar lived the 15th to spend the holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Handback. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Capps and family of Westminster spent a recent week end with his sister. Mrs. Gladys Hughes. R. C. Wilkie and Bill Dean of U.S.C. spent Thanksgiving holidays with R. C.'s mother. Mrs. Missouri Wilkie. A 2C Jimmy Barker spent a 25 day furlough with his wife and his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Barker. Jimmy is stationed at Minot A.F.B. in N. Dakota.
