Camp Fire and Horizon Club of Petaga District was held at 7:00 o'clock Thursday evening, September 1, at the Community Building. A buffet supper was enjoyed. Attending were thirty people including the guests who were Mr. C. A. Crocker, Mrs. Robert Vance, Mrs. W. G. King, Mrs. J. B. Templeton and Sgt. Willie Cannon. After the supper the business meeting was directed by Mrs. Joe E. Land. Newly elected officers were Miss Velda Farme r. President; Mrs. William Terry, Vice President; Mrs. Cassie Jove, Secretary; and Mrs. B. A. Wesley, Assistant Secretary. Other plans for the year were discussed and a calendar for group meetings was 1 arranged.
