Findley, Loan Guaranty Officer of the Columbia VA Regional Office, has reminded veterans. Under present law. July 25. I960, is the cut-off date set for World War II veteran participation in the post-war program that has seen more than 26.792 South Carolina World War II veterans take advan tage of the C* I Bill loan provisions since June 22, 1944.
