The board is in the center of the room in full view of all folder tenders, graders, lifters and stackers. Prior to installing the board it was necessary to individually contact each person in parh idh placcifinafinn comn twenty-eight (28) in all, on all style and packing changes. Now the style and packing changes are posted on the board for all concerned to see and p e r f o r m accordingly. This method saves a considerable amount of time and narrows the possibility of ci mi niuctr mu pusitru wruten instructions are not as likely to be misunderstood as verbal instructions. Ellis Huffstetler of the Personnel Department did the art work on the board.
