Williams, died at her home in Pickens county, a few miles from Easley, yesterday morning after a few day's illness of paralysis, aged ">() years. On January 2<>, 1908, Lewis Loyd a notorious thief escaped from Pickens county jail, and from the day he broke liberty. Sheriff Roark has kept on his trail and finally located him in Lee county serving a sentence of 12 months on the chain gang of that count y for breaking into the depot at Bishopville.
