This place will house a good many guests and it should bo full at all times. Transient travel could not find a bettor place to spend Sunday than hore. The people of Pickens should all pull together and help to kewp the house full of guests- it means much to the merchants, in a business way, hut much more to tho town at large, to have a good hotel. That hereafter no person or persons ahull cast, draw, fasten or otherwise make usn of anv seine or drift not, fyko nor of any other description, or use any other appliances for tho catching of gnmo fish, oxcept hook and lino and ordinary bait, or by spoon ,or by nrtifical fly, or by pbaiiton minnow, or by artificial bait.
