Gooding observed Ashley Pardee cross the center lane into the westbound lane on Blossom Street. He followed her to Main Street, where she crossed the center lane again. He then pulled her over on Whaley Street, where she passed one sobriety test but failed two others. She was taken to the Columbia Police Department for a blood alcohol test. © LARCENY OF WHEELS, 1328 WHALEY ST.
