they observed Willie McFadden
choke and slam the victim to the
ground. McFadden smelled of
alcohol and was uneasy on his
feet. He also failed to reveal his

lost her wallet somewhere in
the Bull Street garage. The

officer M.L. Gooding observed
Ashley Pardee cross the center
lane into the westbound lane
on Blossom Street. He followed
her to Main Street, where she
crossed the center lane again.
He then pulled her over on
Whaley Street, where she
passed one sobriety test but
failed two others. She was
taken to the Columbia Police
Department for a blood alcohol
test.
