It’s just prepaying for food so that if they don’t have any cash at 2 o’clock in the morning and they want something to eat, they can come and use their meal card.” OCA is currently looking to hire a USC representative, preferably a third- or fourth-year student, to work with the Five Points Meal Plan manager and ensure proper student feedback.
