The festival, in its second year, will feature a variety of performers looking to showcase their talent to a large audience. Robinson, public information director for the Richland County Recreation Commission, is to celebrate the spirit of the community and provide an outlet for the youth. According to a press release, the sponsors share a common goal of providing opportunities for area youth to "show off" in a positive manner before their peers, families and community, and to be rewarded for their efforts.
