Final judging process: The judges for the final round of the competition will be made up of student leaders, administrators and "celebrities." For each of the ten finalists, the interview will count 30 percent, the leadership/service requirement and talent competition (limited to 10 minutes per finalist) will both count 20 percent, and academic achievement and formal wear appearance will both count 15 percent.
