Tickets are available at the Rus sell House Information Center. The annual Parade through Co lumbia at 3 p.m. on Friday offers th community a chance to take part in th Homecoming festivities. Started thre< years ago, the parade has grown in siz each year. Thirty organizations fron both on and off campus are schedule* to take part. Floats created by various organiza tions will comprise a portion of the pa rade. There are 10 floats entered in thi year's parade and float competition Sororities and fraternities sponsor th* majority of the floats, but Moore an* Patterson Residential halls are als* working on a joint float. Additionally the Navy ROTC co-sponsoring a float EH win Clnnstnnt nararie r?n-f*Vinir man, said that organizations sometime co-chair floats because of the high cost associated in building the floats. All of the floats in the parade wil compete for trophies to be awarded dur ing halftime on Saturday. Big DM, will deejay the event, making sure a good time is had by all. The week's events will culminate on Saturday with the football game against Kent University. During halftime, awards for the winners of the week's contests will be presented. The Alumni Association will officially kick off their 150th anniversary celebration during the halftime awards.
