Donald Bradley, NAACP president at USC, said power should be put back into the hands of the youth. The organization is giving freshmen the chance to gain hands-on experience in the area nf leadership. ? ? ? r "We are developing young minds into future leaders," Bradley said. The organization has created a pilot program to help steer new students in a positive direction.
