Carrot To{ Woods, cf By STEPHEN BROWN Staff Writer Cockfest, USC's 22nd annual Homecoming pep rally, will take place tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Williams-Brice Stadium. The show'will include Coach Sparky Woods, the introduction of the senior football players along with an appearance of the entire 1992 Gamecock football team, the USC Band, the USC Cheerleaders, student mascot Cocky, the Southern Belles, student organization skits and a fireworks grand finale. A new dimension to the program will be a stepshow by Alpha Rappa Aipna. Cockfest will feature eomedian master of ceremonies Carrot Top. "Columbia crowds arc always killer," Carrot Top said in a recent interview at The Punchline. "I can tell that Columbia is a town that parties a lot and likes to laugh."
