Answer: You get a funny action picture that doesn't leave you feeling cheated at the end. Conclusion: Sneakers is one of the best films you will see this year. Lovelace points to several events as highlights of the weekend. Friday offers the Student Organization Fair, parent workshops and a reception at the President's House on the Horseshoe. # "Parents usually enjoy learning the history of the Horseshoe area," Lovelace said. Friday also features a pep rally at 6 p.m. "We'll have music and the whole nine yards." Lovelace said. "Come out and give a cheer for the Gamecocks ? they need it." Another Friday night highlight is cs' movie c episodes of the ill-fated show myself, I knew the basic premise. The body of a student named Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee) is found in a river near the town of Twin Peaks, and FBI Agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLaughlan) arrives to hunt for the murderer. The movie is a nrennel of sorts * 1 ] as it chronicles the final days of Laura Palmer's life, of her abusive family, her drug addiction, her sexual exploits and her stalking by evil spirits. Twin Peaks is an over-the-top P freakshow as well as a nebulous parable about good and evil. to You want bizarre? Although many of us have read Little Women" and may have seen >erformances of the novel, you lave not seen anything until you ee this one. The characters discover the neaning of life and learn to cope vith illness, death, love and birth. They uncover their identities and >row stronger. The play displays all their feelngs and emotions to its fullest. This play should be included in a light of entertainment with laugher, joy and suspense. The actresses who played the four daughters, Eleanor Fox (Meg), performance is great. Some cast members may be familiar to theater audiences because they attend USC. Fox and Will Lashley (Laurie) are secondyear law students. Allan Fulmer Jr. (Mr. March) is a USC alumni. Arko's name may also ring a bell with audiences. She appeared in the university's production of "Ghosts." Allen Harmon (Mr. Laurence) also participated in USC's showing of "Of Thee I Sing." The shows will continue through Sept. 26, but there will be no performance Monday. The theater will also be airing dramas such as Showstoppers Calvacacie of Stars, I Remember Mama, Steel Magnolias, Meet Me in St. Louis, and Noises Off. of more subtle comedy.
