Future USC parents and students arrive there at 8 a.m. and the orientation begins. At 10 a.m.,the parents are taken to the Russell House to talk with academic advisors about the types of courses available to their children. Meanwhile, the students are divided up into small groups to discuss registration, the meal plan, mail and telephone service fj on a more individual basis with an SOL. Both parents and children eat lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and are again separated afterwards. 1 Parents are allowed an informal question and answer 1 time with SOLs until 2 p.m. while the students regisI 1 ter, get immunized, and receive IDs at Pedigru.
