Junior center Marsha Williams used her quickness to control the paint, while freshman guard Chrisli Timmons opened up the inside by hitting three 3-pointers in the first half. Both will compete in various tournaments throughout the summer, including the U.S. Women's Open, if they qualify. However, making the LPGA tour will be anything but easy. Both will attend qualifying school, where they will compete against other LPGA hopefuls for a limited number of available openings for the tour. Qualifying school will be in the third week of August in Venice, Fla. "I enjoy going places and seeing different things," Eckroth said.
