You may use them as they are stated, re-phrase them in your own words or develop new questions of your own. Remember, the questions are here to guide you and help you make better use of your time spent with the em- , ployers. We are not suggesting that you ask all the questions of every employer. Use discretion. If you have just overheard an employer answer a question you were going to ask, choose and different one. Ask only those questions that appear pertinent for a particular employer.
