Bestwick said the new title, which would include direc tion of the Gamecock Club, was refused by Foster because Foster is leaving the school for unspecified "other career interests." "He (Moore) is regarded as one of the leaders in college athletic administration by his peers," Bcstwiek said. "1 look forward to expanding his duties so as to more fully utilize his many talents."
